Good Qigong dvds or other learning materials?

I thought I'd give Qigong a try, but there aren't any instructors in my area (nearest is about 2.5 hours away). Can anyone suggest good learning resources, such as DVDs, to get started (preferably from credible, established authorities)?

Good Qigong dvds or other learning materials?
I wouldn't recommend learning Qigong from DVD or books only. They are there as supplemental materials, but not as the main/standard methods of learning Qigong. It is pretty danger to learn it this way because it may hurt your body instead of benefiting it if your qi disrupted inside your body or flow incorrectly.

Try to learn the basic fountain from a well qualified teacher first before you ever attempt to learn Qigong yourself from a dvd or book. You may want to learn it slowly by going to a teacher once a month; however, you will learn all the basic eventually.

Another way to study qigong is to use the moving qi gong method such as Tajii Quan. It is much safer because you use your body to direct your qi movement without the danger of relying solely with your mind.
