I would like some recommendations on books, videos, websites, whatever for information and virtual training in qigong. I have experience with energy work in another modality and am interested in exploring qigong at this time.

Amazon is not a bad place to look but you can often find books much less expensive at www.half.com and just type in qi qong.

They have books, and other things too. If you are learning internal Ki (chi) flow better this is a good way to go, some i have spoke to also say Reiki is also so long as you find a good teacher or master. Next would be Tai Chi and Yoga.

Reply:I purchased the "Wild Goose" video on Qigong, but they were expensive and didn't have enough material on them. So, I'd try something else.
I used to have this book, http://www.amazon.com/ChI-Power-Within-E... , which was pretty good. I want to get this one though, I read through it in Barnes and Noble, and it seemed cool.
