Qigong practice doing harm??

Hi, I'm a beginner at qigong. I've been doing some beginning exercises, and everything has been positive so far EXCEPT for one thing. I've noticed that there is light pain in the joints of my toes now (both feet), and the knuckles are cracking a lot throughout the entire day. What is happening??





I assume I am doing something wrong with the exercises, but what?

I've tried that it is a very extreme, intensive exercise you'll probably going beyond your comfort zone. That's part of growth. Ease the pain with a massage, rubbing alchol and some epsom salt.
